Hungover

*groan*

headaches

nausea

thankfully no vomiting (must be a first! hahaha)

thankfully no abdo pain of any sort either (unlike last last last time, and this time i had my Buscopan ready as well!)

and surprisingly i was less flushed than i thought i would be, and a lot more sober than i expected, especially having not done anything like this in quite a while now. maybe just a teeny bit tipsy.

would i do it all over again? you betcha i would, but not anytime in the near future. the headaches attacking at 2 hours post-alcohol consumption (was it 6 or 7 shots? watever...) is just too much to bear on a regular basis. *groan again...reaching for a couple of paracetamols and a glass of water*

on the other hand, i did have a pretty good time. thanx guys, for making it an enjoyable nite. plus the place we went to, called Blue, was actually more decent than what my initial impression had given me. the songs they played were fab - pretty recent stuff to the 90s and 80s, our generation's ('growing up') songs. and thankfully the DJ didn't blast continuous unbearable techno-ish stuff. and i'm grateful that i had the opportunity to leave a little earlier. it was probably good for me. at least i didn't pass out at that place.

earlier in the evening, didn't get the opportunity to actually play with the tanglungs, but hung around at the juniors' house for a bit. very meriah! very nice oh but i heard that the 'walking around the neighbourhood with the tanglungs' turned out to be pretty enjoyable as well, despite the cold and the wind. seronoknya! ^g^
