Finally...nearly!

My new favourite song: Home - by Marc Broussard (no, not the Michael Buble song)

and this is Kelly Clarkson's version when she covered it on her current Addicted tour, which I think is kinda cool, coz she's covering a relatively new song released by someone her age, instead of some relatively older songs by established older artists:

I'm the kind of person who, when I really like something, I become obsessed with it. And when I say obsessed, I mean playing the same few songs on my playlist over and over and over and over (you get my drift) again until it drives everyone else up the wall. And I don't get sick of it until I find something new to be obsessed about.

And talking about obsessions, you know how some people use the term 'cam-whoring' coz they like (re: are kinda obsessed with) to pose for pictures and post it up and all, well, I came up with a few ___-whoring terms of my own which i'm guilty of:
  • emoticon-whoring (as if you haven't noticed by now hahaha)
  • youtube-whoring
  • anime/manga-whoring
Actually, I haven't really read much new manga or watched much new anime recently coz I was busy (and downloading them takes too much time/effort/hard disk space), but I've recently been re-reading old manga collections that I have (not paperback versions, all downloaded). Among them are Rurouni Kenshin, Fruit Basket, and Monster. All of them are really good. The only two that I keep up-to-date with are Bleach and Naruto, and both their storylines are currently developing into something more exciting, so I'm keeping an eye on these two for now.

And I've just discovered that there are full seasons and episodes of animes that people upload onto Youtube.com, and I've been catching up with Tsubasa Chronicles (where some of the characters are apparently spin-offs from Cardcaptor Sakura). I just love the opening song and the soundtrack! Very nice

Oh and since we're on this track, this is a montage of Final Fantasy that I found on youtube, accompanied by a fantastic song by Celine Dion called ' I Surrender'. Actually I like the song, not really the montage (which is quite good actually, but I'm not exactly a big fan of FF), but this was the clearest and best video I could manage to find:

I've actually got quite a few more songs that I would like to post up, but I'll leave it for another post on another day.

Oh yeah, and exams' finally over...which is what I initially wanted to write about, hence the title for this post. But the anxiety's not nearly over yet, because we'll only be getting our results on Wednesday (well, technically it's Thursday, but we can almost safely assume that if our candidate number's not on the viva list on Wed, we've passed! *keeping my fingers crossed*)

The two papers last Thurs and Friday were killer ones, and super-taxing on my poor brain. And I just couldn't revise anymore after Thursday's paper coz every other page that I turned to in the Oxford Handbook, I discovered more and more new mistakes that I had made in the paper earlier. Soooo frustrating! Especially for those answers which I had initially answered correctly and stooopidly changed the answers to wrong ones at the last minute.

Have been lazing around in my room the last couple of days. Almost like a hermit, really. Just too lazy to go out or do anything else. Watched Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest on Friday evening after the exams. Thoroughly enjoyed it for the fun & adventure-filled comedy-fest that it was! And Johnny Depp's an amazing actor! Kudos to him

I should really start packing and cleaning up my room now. Later!
